What are the courses like? These are scenario-based decision and consequence games. Your players make choices and experience the consequences.

The power of story makes it emotional and personal, which makes it memorable. Practicing new behaviors in context provides the essential What’s In It For Me (WIIFM) that adult learners need, and increases transfer of skills to the job environment. Gamification elements, such as life points, make it extra fun and engaging.

Ideal for trainings on situations involving judgment calls, like

  • medical ethics
  • communication skills
  • using questions to connect with sales clients
  • inherent bias training
  • cultural awareness training
  • sexual harassment prevention training

These courses are especially powerful if you want your participants to experience a situation from multiple perspectives, to “stand in someone else’s shoes.”

* You can include any amount of real information - reports, pictures, videos, and sounds.

* For your course, choose to offer a single point of view or more than one identity.
* This means the participant can experience the same situation from multiple points of view.
* Especially powerful for making people aware of inherent bias or any other situation when it's useful to "stand in someone else's shoes."
